1. That the Mayor sign the Minutes of the Ordinary meeting of Council of 4 July 1995 as a true and correct record of proceedings with the exception of Item 8.5.

ii) Minuting actions or discussions which do not form part of the resolution,
b. confirming the accuracy of the minuting of Item 8.5 (Council 4 July 1995).
