Mrs Carmody asked a number of questions relating to the zoning and development of her property at the above address.
The Mayor advised that as the questions required research, a written response would be required.
2. Mr Leroy 354 West Coast Highway, Trigg
Mr Leroy made the statement that the recently received legal advice relating to his property did not answer the ongoing problem of redevelopment of his property. He asked when would the Council address the problem?
The Mayor advised that the matter would be considered during adoption of the planning committee resolutions.
