The City Manager assumed the chair and called for nominations for the position of chair of the Committee.
Councillor Daniel nominated Councillor Rose.
Councillor Burkett nominated Councillor Copley.
A ballot was conducted which resulted in Councillor Rose being elected.
Councillor Rose assumed the chair and thanked the Committee for their renewal of confidence in appointing him chair for a further term.

Councilor Maio declared a pecuniary interest in items R4 and R15.
