1. Executive Manager Community Development advised that Security at Scarborough was being dealt with by the Technical Services Committee and Mirrabooka Security by the Mirrabooka Centre Committee and the item should be removed from the Memorandum of Outstanding Agenda Business.

3. Manager Recreation Services reported that the Balcatta Cricket Club had advised that it no longer wished to proceed with the construction of the centre turf wicket and would like to discuss with Council the provision of practice wickets.

That no action be taken on this item pending a new submission relating to the installation of practice wickets at Delawney Reserve Balcatta.
