LOCATION RESERVE NO 25738 WEAPONESS ROAD, SCARBOROUGH
Moved Councillor Rose, seconded Councillor Willox that

THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL

1. That Council authorisation be given to build a Day Centre on Reserve No 25738, Weaponess Road, Scarborough.

2. That tenders be called for the construction of the Day Centre using the modified "Stephanie"plan and specification.

3. That approval be obtained from the relevant City Departments.

4. That funding for the capital works, non recurrent funds and recurrent staff and operating costs be accepted from the HACC Programme.

5. That the City Manager be authorised to sign and seal the funding agreement.

6. That staff recruitment take place in accordance with the implementation of the expanded Day Centre programme.
