Councillor Stewart left the meeting at 3.52pm and returned at 3.55pm during consideration of Item W1.

THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL
That no change be made to the City's Multicultural Advisory Committee.
The motion was put and declared CARRIED.
Following Item W1 Mrs P Olver (Manager Welfare Services) retired from the meeting at 4.05pm.
