Moved Councillor Vallelonga, seconded Councillor Clarey
1. That the Title of "Honorary Freeman of the City of Stirling" be conferred upon Richard Sebastian Guelfi.
2. That authority be given to affix the Common Seal and sign the Certificate of "Freeman of the Municipality" by the Mayor and Town Clerk.
The motion was put and declared CARRIED, unanimously.
The Mayor thanked Freeman Guelfi for his service to the community on behalf of those present, and presented him with the Certificate of Freeman of the Municipality.
Freeman Guelfi responded and thanked the Council for the honour.
The Meeting closed at 8.00pm.
