The Mayor declared the Special Meeting of Council on 22 January 2002 open at 7.06pm.

SUBJECT FINAL SUBDIVISION CONCEPT PLAN - LOCATION OF NEW CIVIC BUILDING

REPORT Executive Manager Development - 18 January 2002

Moved Councillor Spagnolo, seconded Councillor Rose

That "Draft Plan 3 - 2B December 2001" be ADOPTED as the final subdivision concept plan for the Stirling Civic Precinct.

That subdivision and rezoning procedures COMMENCE immediately.

3. That prior to confirmation of the new Administration Building Plan a detailed Costing/Finance plan be PRESENTED to Council.

The motion was put and declared CARRIED.

Councillors Pickard and Tyzack dissented.

REPORT PURPOSE

To seek Council adoption of the subdivision plan and building location for the Stirling Civic Precinct.

COMMENT

Specific details will be provided at the meeting.

CLOSURE OF MEETING

The Mayor declared the meeting closed at 7.14pm.
